Specialises in all aspects of corporate law. Represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and strategic advice matters.

Advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and has worked on deals across numerous jurisdictions in a broad range of industries, including mining and metals, consumer products, energy, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Better Chance, Artem worked at leading international law firms (in Moscow and London) for over 18 years and was a partner in the M&A/PE practice in the Moscow office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Artem also worked at client secondments in the legal departments of an international investment bank and a major oil company.
