Banking and Finance

Marina is the head of the professional legal support for projects and transactions division. She specialises in financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending (secured and unsecured), commercial real estate financing, project financing, funded and risk participation financing (both on the side of lenders (grantors) and participants), cross-border financing, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring issues.

Marina participated in drafting:
— the standard form of a syndicated facility agreement under Russian law as a member of the working group of the Association of Banks of Russia;
— the Russian law on syndicated lending aimed at regulating syndicated facility agreements as well as funded and risk participation agreements.
