Better Chance advises Getblogger Founders in the Transaction with MTS

Better Chance team acted as legal counsel to the founders in connection with the acquisition of Getblogger LLC, a blogger advertising platform, by a subsidiary of MTS.

Getblogger is one of the leading Russian platforms for automated advertising through bloggers, based on CPA/CPP models. The platform enables advertisers to post ads and allows bloggers to select and publish the selected ones. It currently hosts over 112,000 bloggers, more than 300 top advertisers and facilitates over 4 million desired actions per month.
