Since March 2022, we have been actively coordinating transactions and operations with the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investment in view of the special economic measures introduced in Russia.

We provide a full range of legal support services on antitrust matters. Our lawyers are members of the Association of Antitrust Experts and, as such, they work closely with the Federal Antimonopoly Service to develop Russian antitrust legislation and draft bylaws. As a result, we are always aware of the latest trends, the regulator's position on controversial issues and practical approaches to their resolution.
